Four Wheel Driving

Four Wheel Driving

The Toyota Landcruiser Club runs a range of four wheel driving trips that cater to a broad range of driving skills and environments. We welcome many makes and models of four wheel drive vehicles including 'soft roaders'. Each of the trips are run by club members and are rated according to the difficulty of the area being visited. Scenic driving, easy, moderate, hard and extreme rated trips are all offered throughout various times of the year with different environments to choose from including sand, mud and loose rock.

The club runs trips to allow its members to improve their off road driving abilities in safety, learning from more experienced club members. Trips are also a good way to explore new regions, make new friends, enjoy similar interests with other like minded people and just get away from our busy weekday schedules. The club has access to many private properties as well running trips to the many state forests, national parks, four wheel drive parks and sand islands within close proximity of Brisbane.

Occasionally the club will run more extended trips lasting anywhere up to 6 weeks to places such as the Kimberly, Cape York, Simpson Desert, Victorian High Country, Tasmania and outback Queensland. This is an excellent way to enjoy these areas with people you know and trust and also have the backup of safety in numbers.
