Sundown National Park

A difficult to very-difficult rated trip into Sundown National Park.

Featuring:

• Drive in on the un-maintained "old road"
• Red Rock Falls
• Burrows Waterhole
• Pine-tree hill/Hell Hole Loop Track
• Severn River crossing
• Rats Castle
• Bush camping at Burrows Waterhole which has drop toilets, a grassy camp ground and fire rings. Suitable for tents, swags, roof-top-tents. Not suitable for camper trailers unless you are very experienced towing it off-road, or hate your camper trailer. 

Things to bring:

• Food/water for 2 days
• Milled timber – fires in grates
• Recovery gear
• 2nd spare tyre recommended
• Cold weather clothing
• Hot weather clothing
• Camera
• Fuel for 50 km low range – typical consumption 20-35 l/100, average speed approx. 10 km/h – this is living, Barry!
