Winch Demonstration Day
The day will start with a winch strip down to see what is in it and some messages about winch maintenance. After lunch, there are some demos with a few winch use set ups and perhaps a look at what happens if it goes wrong.
On Saturday after the winch rope is respooled, there will be a fire for some camp oven cooking (no competition) and a typical TLCC QLD camp fire.
It is meant to be an easy day with plenty of time for questions, discussions and social time.
There is a creek bed on the property for those who want to play on the entries and exits in their 4x4.
There is plenty of timber to be cut on the property for firewood. For those with chainsaws, can you please give a hand with firewood.
The port-o-loo will be at the venue. There are no showers.
This is a dry weather trip. If it's too wet, it will not be accessible.
