Help! I can't log in to the webpage!

The web page is your point of access to all the club's trips, meetings and archives of the club's history.

But what if you can't access it?

 

If you are a club member, you have full web site access.

But you need to know your username and password to log in to the site.

 

It's a common problem that when you try to log in, you can't. This is usually due to

• Your login name is wrong - it may be your email address, or you may have chosen a different login name.
• Sometimes the login name has a '.' in the middle
• Capital letters make a difference to your log-in - graham is different to Graham
• You may have forgotten your password

 

Don't Panic!

None of the above issues are a problem, everything can be fixed!

As webmaster, I can see what username you entered when you joined, so I can tell you what it is.

I can't see what password you created (that is encrypted and secured), but I can reset your password, which will email you so you can create a new password.

 

So, if you can't get in ( and don't want to use the one time code option) 

Just email me at webmaster@tlccqld.com.au and I will email you with your username, and I'll reset your password!
